ybbackup Command

Each ybbackup command defines:
  • Database connection options
  • Target databases (object names)
  • The backup name
  • The target directory for backup storage
  • Other options, such as logging parameters

Syntax Summary

./ybbackup   
--name backup_chain_name 
--dirs storage_path 
--objects database_name [, ...]
[ database_connection_options ]
[ other_options ]

Note: In Version 2.0 the -d and --all options are deprecated. Use the -o (or --objects) option instead.

To look at your backup history, query the sys.log_backup view.
